HWP INVESTMENT CLUBS
The HWP Investment Clubs bring together individuals who are interested in investing and building wealth through real estate, the stock market, and venture capital opportunities.
With the goal to educate and empower each other to make informed decisions, members meet monthly to discuss investment ideas, share research, and network with fellow investors.

- Investment Idea Sharing: During each meeting, members will have an opportunity to share real estate, stock market and venture capital investment ideas and research. Bring your best ideas to the meeting, along with any supporting research or data. Ideas can be discussed and debated by the group, and members can provide feedback and suggestions.
- Guest Speakers: Learn from guest speakers as they share their expertise on various investment topics. Guest speakers may include real estate agents/brokers, real estate developers, financial advisors, stockbrokers, venture capitalists, and successful investors.
- Quarterly Masterminds: Participate in quarterly mastermind sessions to review your portfolio and progress towards your personal investment goals with other members.
- National Gatherings: Join the Hispanic Wealth Project for exclusive national virtual and/or in-person gatherings for HWP Investment Club leaders and members. Gatherings will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, and networking opportunities.
- Networking: Grow your network and build relationships. This can lead to future investment opportunities or partnerships.
Programming Components:
NAHREP Chapters are eligible to apply to start a local HWP Investment Club in their community. The Chapter President must submit the chapter for consideration.
Please note, completing the application does not guarantee approval to establish a club or for appointment to a specific role in the club’s management or leadership. All applications are reviewed by the HWP Committee. You should anticipate a two (2) week review period within which you will receive an initial response regarding your interest.

Questions
Membership fees are $100 per year. This membership is specific to your local market and does not include membership to the HWP Angel Community. Members of the HWP Angel Community will receive a $25 discount to the local HWP Investment Club.
To qualify as an accredited investor, the individual must meet one of the following criteria:
- Net worth over $1 million, excluding primary residence (individually or with spouse or partner); or
- Income over $200,000 (individually) or $300,000 (with spouse or partner) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year
Investment decisions will be made individually and there is no requirement to invest in opportunities discussed during meetings. No investment required, but we hope to help you find investments that you want to invest in and that fit your investing thesis.
Members are expected to sign non-disclosure agreements and keep all club discussions and decisions confidential. Any member who violates this rule may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the club.
