The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP®) and the Hispanic Wealth Project have proudly announced the second edition of the Top Latino-Owned Business List for 2024. This annual list honors the achievements of Latino entrepreneurs who are making significant contributions to the U.S. economy and their communities.

This year, the list features seven established businesses and 25 emerging ventures, collectively generating an impressive $438 million in revenue from the previous fiscal year. Covering industries such as mortgage lending, real estate services, insurance, and technology, these companies are leading the way with innovation and a commitment to community development.

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG), led by Paul Rozo, exemplifies excellence in the mortgage lending sector. With over 23 years of experience and revenues between $200 to $300 million, PRMG has built a legacy rooted in the values of faith, family, health, and work. The company’s dedication to helping thousands achieve homeownership reflects its commitment to uplifting the Hispanic community.

In the field of real estate, RE/MAX Advantage in Nashville, Tennessee, under the leadership of Debra Beagle, has achieved remarkable success. In just nine years, the company has become the top RE/MAX team globally, with revenues ranging from $20 to $30 million. Beagle’s focus on innovation and client satisfaction demonstrates how strong relationships and forward-thinking strategies can lead to outstanding results.

Another notable inclusion is Novation Title, founded by Nuria Rivera. With a mission to transform the closing experience, Rivera’s company emphasizes a people-first approach that brings significant value to clients and the community. Novation Title’s innovative practices have set new standards in the industry and have been embraced by peers both locally and nationally.
