WEALTH REPORT

The State of Hispanic Wealth Report is an annual publication that analyzes how the Hispanic community is faring in terms of building wealth, with a specific focus on the Hispanic Wealth Project’s component goals of real estate, business ownership, financial assets, and asset protection.

In 2024, the report celebrates the 10th anniversary of the HWP Blueprint along with the achievement of reaching the project’s target of tripling Hispanic household wealth two years ahead of schedule. This year’s report highlights the progress made toward each of the project’s component goals and introduces the next ten-year goals for Hispanic wealth creation in America. In addition to unveiling the new era for NAHREP and HWP, the report dispels myths surrounding Hispanic household wealth, offers policy recommendations to overcome barriers to building wealth, and outlines the programmatic initiatives of the HWP. The report also includes the publication of the 2024 Top Latino-Owned Business List.
