You need to continue to invest in yourself and NAHREP offers the best platforms to connect with the creme of the crop of our industry. Networking at such events allows professionals to exchange insights, gain new perspectives, and forge partnerships that can be instrumental in scaling their business, even in challenging market conditions. It not only keeps professionals informed and prepared but also empowers them to discover new avenues for success amid challenges.

What advice would you give to first-time homebuyers and sellers in today's market, considering the dynamic economic landscape?

Imelda: My future goals for Power House 10 encompass both substantial growth and an increased focus on community impact. We aspire to expand our reach and influence by growing our network of certified trainers, aiming to double the number of audience members to whom we present the NAHREP 10 disciplines this year. We want to target bigger audiences and also focus on our youth. The NAHREP 10 should be added to school's curriculum in my opinion. Teaching them young is at the core of building generational wealth. Our commitment goes beyond mere education, we seek to instigate positive change in the lives of those we touch by making them take action so that together we can help bridge the wealth gap. Latinos will soon be the majority in this country, it's time we also become among the wealthiest.

As a leader in the real estate community, what are your goals for the future in terms of business growth, community impact, and continuing your team’s commitment to uplifting communities?
